The goal of this program is to develop or expand services within juvenile and adult detention and correctional facilities to improve outcomes for incarcerated parents and their minor children. This program will fund the implementation of programs and services to reduce recidivism and support responsible parenting that lead to healthy child development, resiliency, and improved interactions among incarcerated parents and their minor children, and family and community members.
