Resource: Productive Partnerships with Youth and Families: Commitment to Lived Expertise

This video explores how child welfare professionals and agencies can increase commitment to true partnership with people with lived expertise. It shares that simple presence is step one and should initiate the next steps of training, support, and development of a supportive environment. The video helps agencies grow their capacity to authentically partner with young people and families, share success stories, engage in problem solving and action planning, and establish fair compensation.
