Project to Increase Municipal Collective Action to Address Child Labor and Forced Labor in Mexico

The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL, or the Department), announces the availability of approximately $4,000,000 total costs (subject to the availability of Federal funds) for one cooperative agreement to fund a technical assistance project in support of Mexican Labor Law and the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) with the objective to increase locally-led actions to collectively address child labor and forced labor in targeted municipalities in Mexico. The project will work in one (1) state from each of the following groups: Group1 - Puebla, San Luis Potosí, Tabasco, Campeche; and Group 2 - Chiapas, Nayarit, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Yucatán, Quintana Roo.
